Game Review
Kingdoms will always be in peril and brave heroes will always be needed. In Pixel Kingdom, it's no different; You must command an elite army to head-on approaching hordes in a three linear lane defense across infinite levels. Yes, infinite levels! Getting excited already? ^^

Pixel Kingdom is an easy defense game to pick up. At every level, players have a window of various units they can select from and lanes to produce them in. However summoning a unit is not so simple, they're all "paid by" a mana pool system that fills up over time, which can also be upgraded to regenerate faster by using more mana. The main objective is to intercept with your units and defeat them to eventually destroy their castle. The various hordes of evil contain monsters both big and small. Some can knock the heroes back, some weave in and out of lanes, and still others can slow a hero’s movement. Killing any of those gains you some hard earned gold which can be used to unlock items, gears and stronger units.

Pixel Kingdom shines is in the variety to keep you occupied. There are tons of units, items, and gears to customize on and it features multiple environments with 50+ unique enemy units including a rare and powerful dragon. I actually spend lots of time trying to unlock everything; From warriors to monks to vikings, Elvish Bow to Fire Sword and more. There is a sense of accomplishment in unlocking and I also love experimenting on building my best army.

Sadly in my opinion, the flash game has a lot of room to improve. One immediate suggestion is to increase the difficulty and balance the drop rate; After reaching a certain level, it gets slightly grindy because the amount of gold dropped doesn't seem to scale up enough. My next suggestion will be on the ability to play some sort of multiplayer or versus mode! I think add a ton of replayability into the game which I think is great. All in all, Pixel Kingdom is an awesome time waster that will have you inexplicably coming back for more. Very addictive, indeed!

Pixel Kingdom Walkthrough
Building Dragoon or Warrior and Druid
I love upgrading all my gems on especially on Dragoon or Warrior. They are very cheap to summon (only cost 5 mana each) and can be abuse by spamming, once you upgraded your mana pool twice. After earning enough gold to unlock druid, basically you are unstoppable. The druid uses ranged nature magic that passes through enemies and can knockback enemies. They is no way you will lose a single point in any kind of situation. :)

Building only Rogue
Rogue is slightly weak in HP but the attack speed is very high. If you upgrade all your gems on this guy... He can be the next spammable hero because of the item, Bandit Boots. With the item equipped, Rouge will only cost only 7 Mana to produce. Slightly higher mana to summon than Warrior and Dragoon but better damage per second.
